Released on December 13, 2025 as Welcome to Gowski Productions (2025 Reel), this year-end piece captures a year that felt bigger, fuller, and more meaningful than any we have had before.

The Biggest Year Yet

2025 was our 15th anniversary year, and it felt like a real turning point. We reached a team of 15 creatives and crossed 750+ total productions since founding the company in 2008. Those numbers matter to us because they reflect not just longevity, but consistency. Year after year, project after project, we kept showing up.

This year’s slate was especially satisfying because it represented the full range of what we do. DudeZ kept the web series side of our work moving. The Pickle carried our original short film voice forward. Heart/Lung brought us into a filmed performance and theatre project. Night Out gave us both production energy and BTS material that captured the atmosphere around the work. TJ added another layer to the slate and kept the festival conversation going.

What 2025 Felt Like

More than anything, 2025 felt like proof that the company had matured without losing its hunger. We were busy, yes, but we were also focused. We had systems. We had a strong team. We had a clearer sense of what kinds of stories we want to tell and how we want to tell them.

That balance is hard to earn. It only comes from years of learning how to make creative work in the real world, where time is limited, schedules shift, and every project asks something different of you.

Gratitude and Momentum

A year like this is never the product of one person. It is the result of many hands, many conversations, and a lot of trust. We are deeply grateful to everyone who collaborated with us, hired us, supported us, or simply kept the work moving.

What excites us most is not just what 2025 contained, but what it set up. The company feels strong. The team feels strong. The work feels strong. That is the best possible way to close a year and enter the next one.
